These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Golfhypnotherapy.com website (Golfhypnotherapy.com Site) and your relationship with Golfhypnotherapy.com (Golfhypnotherapy, we or us). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for, or use, the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site. Please note that to purchase any of the products or services provided on the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site, you are required to register as an authorised user on the site.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
To reduce fraudulent use of customer credit cards, all orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases, we will ship to any convenient address but we reserve the right to decline your order if we believe this represents a security risk.
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All images of product on this site are for guidance only.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. E & OE.
This transaction will appear on your bank statement as `MC GOLFHYPNOTHERAPY.COM, STAMFORD UK`.
Golfhypnotherapy.com will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card types supported.
Once Golfhypnotherapy.com has received your purchase request we will begin to process your order. Your account will be debited immediately on completion of the transaction.
We recommend all customers & cardholders should print out all transaction data supplied by Golfhypnotherapy.com and keep in a safe place, to be produced should the need arise. An invoice will be issued by Golfhypnotherapy.com as soon as cardholders` payment has been received.
Returns Policy and Procedure
Unwanted Goods
If you`ve received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following conditions:
- The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.
- You inform us via email (returns@golfhypnotherapy.com) of your wish to cancel within seven working days of receipt of your order.
- The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
- You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. We will give you the address after you contact us.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original unspoilt packaging.
If returned goods are refused by Golfhypnotherapy because the above criteria are not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.
This Returns Policy does not apply to downloaded MP3s. No Returns are possible with downloads.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Quality is assured at Golfhypnotherapy. Should you experience a problem with your CD; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.
Returns Procedure
Please email: returns@golfhypnotherapy.com and detail the goods you wish to return, the reason and your telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order on Golfhypnotherapy, you will see a screen saying `Thank you for your order`. You will also receive an email which acts as your Transaction Receipt. For future reference we recommend that you retain this email Transaction Receipt, or print it out and keep it in a safe place.
Responding to your Enquiries
Golfhypnotherapy will respond to all customer queries within 48 hours.
Our trading hours are 0930 - 1630, Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Normally we will respond within 4 hours of receiving your Enquiry.

2. AmendmentsWe may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the email address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site. The changes will apply to the use of the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site and the Online Stores. If you continue to use the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Golfhypnotherapy.com Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

5. Refunds on promotional offers Refunds for CD goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Golfhypnotherapy.com ignores this, Golfhypnotherapy.com will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
Golfhypnotherapy.com shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
